Chapter 9 Applying Fluorescence Compensation

Each row in the matrix corresponds to a channel that contributes spillover signal to other

detectors. Each column in the matrix corresponds to a channel that receives spillover signal from

other detectors. Cells in the matrix are shaded green, yellow, and red to indicate increasing

percentage values.

Save the adjusted compensation values by clicking the X in the upper right corner.

Tip:

When viewing compensated data, ensure that the Comp option has been selected for the plot

axes; otherwise non-compensated data are displayed.
