FAX or e-mail as specified below). If something goes wrong during the first installation process, please specify the matter occured with
relative brief description of the fact in the dedicated box, then send this form to the same fax n° or e-mail address as below. The one
year warranty will start from the moment thst the hereby form is received correctly filled in all voices, else automatically the company
will start the warranty from the date of sale of the unit.
It is reccomanded to do not remove the label with serial numbers to avoid to lose the warranty on the spare part.
