TONE MODE

Re-assurance Tone
To conform to DDA requirements the controller can provide a re-assurance tone at the
door when an videophone is being called and also when the door lock has been operated.
The volume is adjustable from 0 using the volume control on the BFD-DIG controller PCB
(see the diagram on page 10). In addition there is a choice of which tone is sounded.
Four settings are available:
–
[Both]
= Ringing and lock tones.
[Call]
= Ringing tone only.
[Lock]
= Lock tone only.
[None] = No tones.
