Place the tab on the thicker end of the stand (this is the moveable tab) into
the slot at the bottom of the back side of the 4400-Series telephone as
shown in Figure 3-6.

Push up on the stand toward the top of the telephone, and place the tab on
the thinner end of the stand into the slot at the top of the 4400-Series
telephone, as shown in Figure 3-7.
