Setting the extra stabilisation time
(Only available in the "Advanced" menu style)
In case the ACTAS adjustment starts before the test
picture arrives, you can increase the extra stabilisation
time to overcome this problem. The extra time can be set
up to 30 seconds.
To set the 'Extra Stab. time' :
u
Press the
<ADJUST>
key to enter the edit mode.

Use the '

' and '
ê
' keys to increase or decrease the
time in seconds.
u
Press the
<ENTER>
key to save the changes. A
message will be displayed to report the saving pro-
cess. If the
<EXIT>
key is pressed, the changes will
be discarded. A message will be displayed to report
the reverting process.
An example is given, which alters the extra stabilisation
time from 0s to 5s.

Setting the adjustment tolerance
(Only available in the "Advanced" menu style)
The allowed deviation from the targeted gain and cut-off
values should normally be set to within 1 step of a
potentiometer chip. However, it can be set wider if an
adjustment has to be accomplished where the signals in
an installation suffer a lot of interference.
The adjustment tolerance ranges from 1 to 9 steps.
To set the adjustment tolerance :

Press the
<ADJUST>
key to enter the edit mode.

Use the '

' and '
ê
' keys to select the higher and lower
value comparing with the underlined one.
u
Press the
<ENTER>
key to save the changes. A
message will be displayed to report the saving pro-
cess. If the
<EXIT>
key is pressed, the changes will
be discarded. A message will be displayed to report
the reverting process.
An example is given, which alters the adjustment
tolerance from 1 to 3 steps.
