- Must be performed by a technician -
Remove the hexagon nut, spring washer and flat washer, and remove the variable registor (for right/
left) from the variable registor bracket (1).
Replace the variable registor.

The variable registor (for right/left) appears the same as the variable registor (for up/down). Check
the harness colors before replacing the variable registor.

When installing, lock the connectors securely.

When installing the variable registor, align the flat surface of the variable registor shaft with the
set screw position.

To install, perform the procedure in reverse.

When installing, install each part in the relative position shown in the figure below.

When installing, be careful not to pinch the harness in the gears.

After replacement, be sure to initialize the variable registor.
