8A. Installation and Assembly

- Must be performed by a technician -

8A-6 Connecting the Communication Cables

*Network compatible models only

(1) Connection Method



To avoid electric shock, accidents or injuries to yourself or other people, or damage to the

electronic circuits, be sure to turn off the power switch before starting work.



Lay out the communication cable so that it will not cause players, bystanders or passers by to

trip over it.

Check that the power switch is off. (See “8A-8 Power Switch Position and Turning the Power Switch

On” on page 95.)

Remove the cap screw (M) (M4 x 6) from the cord box assembly located on the back of the front

assembly, and remove the LAN cover.

Connect the supplied communication cable, and then reattach the removed LAN cover.

Make sure the connector
is oriented properly.

Connect the other end of the communication cable to the NB line router (the router connected to the

NB line).
