When idling start-stop function is activated, the
indicator light *
turned on; when idling
start-stop function is off, the warning light*
(yellow) turned on. If the idling start-stop
OFF/ fault warning light*
didn’t turn off
after self-detection or turn on during traveling, it
indicates that idling start-stop system is
dysfunctional.
29. Battery charging fault warning light
(red)
When the ignition switch is in the "ON" position
or keyless start/stop button is in the "RUN" mode,
the battery charging fault warning light goes on.
The light goes out after the engine starts.
If the warning light does not go out, it indicates
there is a battery charging system fault, you
should contact the authorized dealer of BAIC
Motor for repair as soon as possible.

If the warning light goes on in the
process of traveling, you should stop
immediately in the premise of safety, and
contact the authorized dealer of BAIC
Motor for repair as soon as possible. If no
measures are taken, it could lead to serious
loss of battery power, and the engine will
not work.
30. Oil pressure gauge warning light
(red)
When the keyless start/stop button is in "RUN"
mode, this light is on for self-detection, after self-
detection it will turn off.
Warning
●
If the warning light turn on during
travel, you should contact BAIC
distributor to check and maintain ASAP. If
no action is taken, it might cause serious
damage to engine.
31. ESP operation fault warning light*
(yellow)
When the ignition switch is in the "ON" position
or keyless start/stop button is in the "RUN" mode,
the warning light remains ON for about 3s to
perform self-test, and goes out after self-test.
In the process of traveling, if ESP operation fault
warning light flashes at frequency of 2Hz, it
indicates that the ESP system is working properly.
During normal driving, if ESP indicator light
remains ON, it indicates that the ESP system has
a fault, you should contact the authorized dealer
of BAIC Motor for repair as soon as possible.
32. ESP OFF indicator light*
(yellow)
When the ignition switch is in the "ON" position
or keyless start/stop button is in the "RUN" mode,
the indicator light goes on for about 3 seconds to
perform self-test, and goes out after self-test.
In general state, the system default is turning on
ESP. If you need to turn off this function, press
the ESP off switch once, then the ESP is turned
off and ESP indicator light goes out. Then press
this switch again, ESP is turned on, and ESP off
indicator light goes out.
