Vehicle in side collision, side air bags according
to the strength of the side collision, impact Angle,
speed and impact point to determine whether the
airbag. In some of the side collisions, the side
airbags may not deploy. Vehicle damage is not a
sufficient condition for side air bag inflation.
In some collisions, side airbags do not deploy,
which can cause injury if you do not wear a seat
belt. Airbag systems work best when used in
conjunction with properly worn seatbelts, so all
drivers and passengers must always wear their
seatbelts correctly.
Caution

Side airbags are not intended for front
and rear impacts or minor side impacts.
They are not intended for vehicle
overturning, nor are they effective for
emergency braking or driving on bumpy
roads or passing depressions.

Vehicle engine compartment and the
trunk was strongly side impact, side air
bags may not deploy.
Please contact BAIC authorized dealer as soon as
possible in case of:

Either side airbags have been deployed
●
A collision occurred at the door, but the side
airbag did not deploy.
●
Backrest with side airbags have other surface
scratches, broken or damaged.
Seating position
In order to provide the best protection against
severe side impact, Side airbags are deployed in
a very short time.
If the driver is too close to the side airbag, the
expanded side airbag may bruise the driver, so sit
properly. (See page 003, "drivers and passengers
sitting properly")
