INFORMATION!
A machine that is not regularly cleaned may entail risks for the operator's
health. Poor maintenance causes early wear and increases the probability of
failures and breakdowns.
Clean the machine regularly with the recommended frequency.
Follow cleaning procedures.
All servicing must be compatible with safety guidelines; safety regulations must be
strictly abided by to ensure operator health and safety.
INFORMATION!
The concept of maintenance is closely linked with that of functionality. Maintenance stands for the series
of operations that must be performed to keep a product effective, functional and capable of fulfilling the
purpose for which it was designed; product stands for a building, machine, system or road. Maintenance
activities comprise a series of operations, such as tests, repairs, parts replacement, etc.
INFORMATION!
Lubrication maintenance operations may be performed either independently by operators who intervene
during the work shift when a malfunction, such as low oil level, squeaking, etc. arises (autonomous
maintenance intervention), or by maintenance technicians (planned maintenance intervention).
INFORMATION!
Before carrying out any maintenance which is nod described in this manual, or in case of doubts
regarding the information provided, please always contact Bacci S.r.L.
INFORMATION!
All planned mechanical and electrical maintenance must be correctly carried out in accordance with
the recommended maintenance schedule.
All use and maintenance operations for the main commercial components of the system, not
contained in this manual, may be found in the respective supplier’s publications.
