4.7.3 Removing guards and blocking devices for transport
To prevent any movement of machine parts during transport, all linear axes (X, Y1, Y2 and Z) are
blocked into position using mechanical devices.
To remove these safety devices, proceed as described below.

Safety checks
Before acting on any circuit or machine components, it is
OBLIGATORY to always check for the absence of residual tension or
pressure on the machine, ensuring that operations may be carried out
in complete safety and verifying the proper working order and
positioning of safety devices, also making sure that all personnel in the
vicinity is warned and informed of the work to be carried out.
Make sure that all operators are in a safe position and have been
warned of the work about to be performed.

Warnings /
Precautions
Risk of bumping into the structure or parts of the machine. Use
caution during inspection operations.
Risk of slipping, tripping and falling inside the machine. Move
with caution during operations.

Removing the
block
Remove the block ( 2 ) by unscrewing the anchoring screws ( 5 ).

Remove the
sheet
Remove the protective copper sheet ( 4 ).
