1
Safety checks
It is
MANDATORY
, before working on any circuit or component,
always verify the absence of residue voltage or pressure in the
circuits, making sure that interventions are always carried out in safe
conditions.
Risk of colliding with the machine structure or parts. Move with caution
during maintenance.
Risk of slipping, tripping and falling on machining residues.
Move with caution.
Risk of dust and materials flying or being suctioned.
According to the operation being carried out, in addition to standard
PPE, also use the following PPE:
,
PVC overalls;
;
,
.
2
Inspection
Check the lubricant grease level in the tank.
Keep the tank full (minimum level electric signal). A pump that works with
an empty tank may pump air into the circuit, resulting in difficulty in
reaching the pressure required or preventing the pump itself from priming
.
3
Visual inspection
Inspect the entire system, including the rigid and flexible pipes (replace if
damaged), the joints (must seal) and all the bearings (a small amount of
lubricant should be visible on the edge of each).
Check for proper lubricating pump efficiency.
MAINTENANCE NOTE

INFORMATION!
Risk of machine damage
.
It is important to bleed all the air from the system. Correct pressure readings
require that the circuit be full of lubricant. Distributors with air trapped inside
cannot signal the blocked points. To eliminate the air from the system, follow the
air bleeding procedure described in the attached manual.
