5.3 Operating procedures
The paragraphs that follow describe the operator interventions required for correct machine operation.
Please read and understand the instruction manual, especially the operating and safety instructions.
5.4 Procedures to turn on, start and run the machine
The first machine start-up must be carried out by our customer service or by the maintenance technician,
after due training and qualification for initial start-up operations.
The first start-up may be carried out without products to be machined, to verify the proper working order
of machine units; subsequently, the machine may be started with product to be machined in order to
verify the efficiency of the machine and of the piece gripping devices.
Machine output and production is defined (with the exception of limits specified in this manual) by the
customer’s choices, as any type of production must be set up according to the characteristics of the final
product desired.
The procedures required to switch on, start and run the machine are described below.
