Basic of Assembly

Attachment of Main motor assembly

1. Set the main motor assembly to the arm bed, and then tighten the two screws (upset M4x12DB)

temporarily.

*Key point

• Fully tighten the screw after performing

"Adjustment of Motor belt tension"



Refer to 3 - 122 Assembly of Main motor assembly.

2. Connect the connector of main motor assembly lead wire to the power PCB assy of power unit and

secure the ferrite core of main motor assembly lead wire with the clip.

*Key point

• Refer to

"Wiring of Power unit"

3. Hang the T belt on the timing pulley of upper shaft assy and the motor T-pulley of main motor

assembly.
