3.2 Basic Routing Operation via In-System GUI
The Pacific MS’ in-system GUI offers a comprehensive set of control for video, audio (microphone
line-out), and USB mouse/keyboard (KM) switching. Any source can be directly viewed on the in-system
GUI’s preview windows for real-time signal monitoring to ensure routing with confidence. User can also
remotely operate any source computers through the preview displays with the mouse/keyboard
connected for in-system GUI control.
The in-system GUI is the primary configuration tool for the Pacific MS. This section discusses two
routing configurations (video and KM). For a more in-depth understanding of other in-system GUI’s
functions, refer to Chapter 4.
