RETURNING FAULTY EQUIPMENT. 

 
When all testing has been completed and the equipment is found to be faulty you are required to complete an RMA 
request form, this can be obtained by sending a request to 

[email protected]

. 

 
This form should be completed and returned to 

[email protected]

 you will then receive an official RMA number. 

This form should then be printed and enclosed with the equipment for return.
