Fault calls and Service Restoration
If there is still no RX or TX connections select “signal status” from the advanced menu this will show the received
signal strength and you can then evaluate the next action.
If as shown above the signal status is green and ranging state is done you should have both RX and TX lock.
If the status bar is yellow or amber this would initially indicate that the antenna is slightly out of line or there is
excessive signal loss on the cable (possible damage) connector checks should also be carried out to ensure that
these meet the required standard. Once checks have been completed and alignment confirmed you should have a
green signal status.
If the status bar is Red this would indicate that the antenna is misaligned and or cable connector damage will be
found on the RX feed. All these points should be checked and any issues found resolved.
Where you have a green signal status but ranging state failed you should investigate the TX feed cable and
connectors and resolve any issues, once resolved click on force range from the advanced menu this should then
range the TX and ranging state should change to done.
