This table parameter allows the device to use a combination of two
DSP templates and determines the percentage of DSP resources
allocated per DSP template.
The format of this parameter is as follows:

For example, to load DSP Template 1 to 50% of the DSPs, and
DSP Template 2 to the remaining 50%, the table is configured as
