Description

ATM Port Alarm. Alarm conditions (taken from the SONET/SDH
standards documents) are:

LOS - Loss of Signal

AIS - Alarm Indication Signal

RDI - Remote Defect Indication

LOS, AIS, and RDI conditions are not present
