Corrective Action
If the alarm is set, check its bitmap. If the loopback bit in the
RcvTestCode code alarm - diagnostics is in process, lock and unlock the
trunk for recovery. If the alarm is at the payload level, start looking for the
problem in the MUX equipment. If the AIS alarm bit is set, check the
interfaced equipment. In other cases, check the link quality.
