– Release spring-type clip -1- and hose clip -2- and remove air
intake hose leading to charge air cooler.
– Remove bolt -1- and take out intake connecting pipe from be‐
low.
Note
-Items 2, 3, 4- can be disregarded.
– Remove nuts -arrows- and move bracket with wiring towards
front of vehicle.
– Free coolant hose running from continued coolant circulation
pump -V51- to radiator.
– Unbolt heat shield for drive shaft (right-side) -arrows-.
– Unbolt drive shafts (left and right) from flange shafts on gear‐
box ⇒ Rep. Gr. 40 .
– Tie up drive shafts with cable ties.
Note
Make sure you do not damage surface coating on drive shafts.
