5 - Adjust the pressure limiter by tightening (to increase pressure) or loosening (to reduce
pressure) the pressure adjustment screw of the limiter, until a service pressure between 25 and 35
bar is reached.
6 - Activate the joystick to check that the service pressure does not drop below 25 bar during the
translation.
7 - Take off the pressure tap and connect the T plug again.
2.3.3 DISTRIBUTOR CONTROLLED BY THE JOYSTICK
This distributor is controlled by moving the joystick, and then feeds the varying speed-gear motors
or the hydraulic steering cylinder. This distributor has 3 pressure limiters which regulate the
pressure of the hydraulic circuit for translation movements at 200 bar and steering movements at
100 bar.
ADJUSTMENT OF PRESSURE FOR THE TRANSLATION
First of all it is necessary to correctly identify the limiter corresponding to the translation.
1 - Take off the plug on the T at the circuit selector inlet.
2 - Connect a pressure tap and associated pressure gauge on the T.
3 - Take off the counter-nut/plug of the pressure limiter corresponding to the translation to clear the
adjustment screw.
4 - Select the slow speed position, with the 3-position turning knob, situated on the upper electrical
box.
5 - Operate fluid circulation by pressing the validation pedal.
