As soon as the indicator light goes out and the
buzzer no longer rings, the operator can revert to
normal running.
OVERLOAD DETECTION
The machine is fitted with a safety system for the
detection of overload. Detection is provided by
mechanical system whose position is detected by
a sensor fixed on the basket support. When the
overload is detected, all the movements of the
machine are stopped. The red indicator light of the
alarm corresponding to the overload situated on
the upper electrical box, lights up and a buzzer
warns the operator of the danger. The aerial work
platform must then be unloaded until the buzzer no
longer rings and the indicator light goes out to
reactivate all the controls.
3.4. RUNNING
Every day at the beginning of work, check the running of the controls on the high station and the
emergency station.
3.4.1 CHARGER
The charger is of 24V-50/70A single-phase high
frequency type and is situated on the front of
the machine. This must be supplied by a
220/230V-16 A mains socket.
