4.1. CHECKING DURING THE FIRST OPERATION
- Compliance with the Order dated 1

March 2004 (France).
- New apparatus, this verification is made by ATN (according to the standards in force)
- This initial verification is valid for 6 months.
4.2. PERIODIC VERIFICATIONS IN FRANCE
- Compliance with the Order dated 1
st
March 2004(France).
- Every 6 months, the aerial work platform must be controlled by an accredited body.
- This verification consists of:
- the examination of the state of conservation
- the running tests:
*brakes
*devices controlling the lowering of the basket
*all the emergency and safety devices (incline, overload...)
4.3. SUITABILITY
Never forget to check before starting to use the aerial work platform that the machine be suitably
adapted to the site. This must be carried out by the user or his manager.
