Feed Information

•

Direction arrows show the direction that the feed
system is moving.

•

Feed Speed shows the feed speed setting (changed
at the control panel and on the Machine Status
Page).

•

Actual Speed shows the actual current speed. The
adaptive control system controls the feed system by
varying the actual feed speed, depending on how far
the engine speed is from the no-load set point.

•

Pressure shows the hydraulic pressure required to
turn the feed chain.

•

Engine Load shows the engine load in percent.

•

Engine RPM bar graph and the numerical readout
below the bar graph show the engine speed. The
engine speed may decrease until the next set point
is reached. When the engine speed drops below the
reverse point, the feed system reverses. If the
engine speed is above the no-load set point, the feed
speed system operates at full speed.

•

to change feed Stop set point.

The Reverse point is set to a default of 50 RPM
below Stop. To reset the Reverse set point, see the
Feed Set Points adjust group on the “Adjust Setup
Menu” on page 130.

Discharge Conveyor Information

•

Speed shows the speed of the discharge conveyor
(off, low, medium, high).

To change the speed of the discharge conveyor,
press the Disch ON/Fast button on the remote trans-
mitter.

•

Pressure shows the hydraulic pressure required to
run the discharge conveyor.
