Step
15
–
Replace
the
Thermal
Management
Center
panel
Using
the
four
M6
screws
removed
in
Step
10,
carefully
position
the
control
panel
back
on
the
door
shell
and
fasten.
Ensure
the
cables
do
not
get
caught
or
crushed
within
the
assembly.
Step
16
–
Connect
the
power
and
ground
cables
Insert
the
IEC
C19
plug
in
to
the
IEC
receptacle
ensuring
full
engagement.
Note
these
are
“locking”
receptacle
and
require
the
red
pin
to
be
pushed
in
order
to
release
the
plug.
Reconnect
the
outer
door
shell
ground
wire
from
the
control
panel
area
to
the
corresponding
ground
wire
inline
connector
on
the
chassis.
Reconnect
the
inner
door
ground
wire
from
the
Aircon
Mount
Panel
to
the
corresponding
ground
wire
inline
connector
on
the
chassis.
Step
17
–
Fit
the
Condensate
Drain
hose
grip
Fit
the
supplied
hose
pipe
adapter
in
to
the
threaded
portion
on
the
underside
of
the
door.
3/8in
ID
tubing
can
be
used
to
route
any
condensate
overflow
away
from
the
cabinet
or
in
to
a
receptacle.
