Check the feeder

Check for the presence of crystallized surplus urine adhering to
the test strip tray.
If you find any, wipe it off and clean the area.

Close the maintenance cover

Close the maintenance cover until it clicks closed.

Check the thermal recording paper

If a red line appears on both sides of the thermal recording paper,
install a new roll of thermal recording paper, referring to “4.2.
Replacing the thermal recording paper” on page 4-12.
