Do This

Select the type of event you

want to record.

Use the UP Arrow button or the DOWN Arrow button to
highlight the type of event:

Record meal events.

a. Use the LEFT Option button (Next) to select which

item to enter or change (Carbohydrate grams, SAVE/

CANCEL, Date, Time).

b. Use the UP Arrow button or the DOWN Arrow

button to change the selected item.

Note: You can change the carbohydrate grams from

0 to 350 grams in 1 gram increments.

c. When you are done, press the RIGHT Option button

(Set) to save (or cancel) the event.
