Description:

Sets the step attenuator value to xx (times 10 dB).
Permits setting the step attenuator value to xx (times 10 dB) in the ALC step attenuator
decoupling mode.

xx: unsigned integer between 00 (0 dB attenuation) and 11 (110 dB attenuation)
