Turns on the Primary-Secondary mode of operation.
Primary-Secondary operation provides for enabling two MG369xCs that are connected in
a Primary-Secondary configuration to produce CW and synchronized, swept output
signals at a frequency offset. In a Primary-Secondary configuration, one instrument (the
Primary) controls the other (the Secondary) via interface cables between their rear panel

connectors. The two units are phase-locked together by

connecting them to the same 10 MHz reference time base.
