Filter

Times

When you press the Filter Times button on the Diagnostics screen, the following screen is displayed.

This is the same screen that is displayed before starting an IDF/SDF run. The times set in Diagnostics Mode using this screen
will be the default values until you either set them to different values during an IDF/SDF or TDF run, or you power off the
instrument. Every time the instrument power is turned on, the filter times are reset to the factory default values.

Digestion

Times

When you press the AOAC 991.43 button the following screen is displayed.

Used for troubleshooting purposes, this diagnostic allows you to modify the digestion times so that you can run through the
normal operation sequence without having to wait for the digestion processes to complete.

Because the computer control software uses these values during normal operation,
you must reset them to the factory defaults before running IDF/SDF or TDF assays
or you may get erroneous results.
If you start a new procedure with Digestion Times that are different than the
factory defaults, a message will be displayed on the Touch Screen Display that
allows you to reset the values.
