• Point the TV remote control at the indicator light on the CJSM2-BT receiver and press
the “On / Off” button twice.
• After every successful learning operation, a tick is displayed momentarily on the screen,
select “Learn Code” to add a new code to the sequence or “Exit” if the sequence is
complete.
• Now, the On / Off command has a tick followed by 3 dots, which indicates that a
sequence has been learned.
• Use the same process to learn multi-digit channels. You can choose to store specific
channels rather than digits in your “Channel Selection” menu.
Activate and deactivate IR codes
IR codes can be activated or deactivated using the “IR SetUp” menu:
• To deactivate an IR code, select the button on the front panel of CJSM2-BT. Disabled IR
codes are displayed with an X next to the highlighted command.
• To activate an IR code, select the + button on the front panel of CJSM2-BT. Enabled IR
codes are displayed with a tick next to the highlighted command.
Deleting IR codes
• To remove the infrared code from a command, highlight the specific command in the
device’s menu and press the button on the right, then select the option “Delete code”.
• To delete all IR codes from a device, select «Delete All Codes”. Then restart the
CJSM2-BT to make sure that it is working properly.
7.8.9. LOCKING THE CONTROL SYSTEM
The control system can be locked using a sequence of buttons on the digital keypad or with a
physical key. This is a factory setting.
Keyboard locking :
• When the control system is activated, press and hold the “On / Off” button. After one
second, the control system will beep.
• Release therefore, the on/off button.
• Tilt the joystick forward until the control system beeps.
• Tilt the joystick back until the control system beeps.
• Release the joystick, a long beep will sound.
• The wheelchair is now locked.

The following screen will be displayed the next time the control system is turned
on.
