NOTE

THE OUTCHAIR must be checked once a year exclusively by

Logo Silver approved and qualified personnel .

Only Logo Silver spare parts may be used. Failure to comply with

this condition results in loss of warranty. If you have any problems

during maintenance, consult your dealer.

DANGER !

If you notice signs such as a noisy engine, a frayed wire harness,

damaged connectors, uneven wear and tear on the tyres, unusual

movement, a broken part or any other sign of concern between

two scheduled maintenance checks, please contact your dealer

immediately.

WARNING !

Do not modify or have your electric wheelchair modified in a manner

not authorized by Logo Silver. In accordance with the Therapeutic

Goods Act (TGA), the person or the group performing the changes is

now entirely responsible for the wheelchair.

WARNING !

The configuration of the electrical control box must be performed

ONLY by a Logo Silver approved individual. The final controller

settings may affect other activities of the wheelchair.

WARNING !

If an uncertified individual performs repairs, the warranty will be

canceled and the equipment may be damaged and/or cause injury.
