Daily Maintenance
6.0 Lighthead (Electrical)
6.1 With power OFF, remove the lighthead cover and check
1 X per year
wiring in lighthead for routing, wear, and tightness of
connections (refer to Section 4 in the Maintenance Manual).
6.2 Reinstall lighthead cover and restore power to lights. Measure
lamp voltage with lighthead(s) on small pattern, high intensity.
Adjust to 21.8 - 22.2 VDC if needed (refer to Section 4 in the
Maintenance Manual).

6.3 Check membrane switch for proper operation.

7.0 Final Test
7.1 Check lighthead and mount for physical damage or abuse. Each inspection
7.2 With light(s) on high intensity, move each light fixture

through all angles of articulation. Verify that light moves
smoothly and easily, and that light does not flicker.
7.3 Verify operation through all control intensities.

7.4 Reinstall any covers removed. Check area to ensure

Inspect power cord and replace if any damaged insulation and exposed
wires are present.

Inspect plug as follows:
a. Check for tightness of plug connection to power cord; replace if loose.
b. Check for bent or damaged prongs and any insulation damage; replace
if necessary.
3.
Operate light fixture per Section 4 and verify both pattern sizes and all three
intensity levels are functional.
