• 100V and 120V input (supply): 7A Slow Blow Fuse, or 6.3A Type "T" fuse.
• 220V and 240V input (supply): 3.2A Slow Blow or 3.15A Type "T" Fuse.
____ Verify two drive rivets are in place securing vertical suspension tube
to carriage shaft and that rivets are flush with tube surface.
____ Verify four drive rivets are in place securing adaptor to vertical
suspension tube and that rivets are flush with adaptor surface.
____ Check that carriage moves freely from one end of track to other.
____ Verify two roll pins are in place securing suspension arm/lighthead
assembly to adaptor and that roll pins are inserted deeper than
adaptor surface.
____ Check that suspension pin is in place (through the vertical suspension
tube on top of ceiling flange) and that the four Allen-head screws in
the side of ceiling flange are tight.
____ Check that the two locating pins in the extension arm adaptor are in
place and that the eight Allen-head screws securing adaptor to
suspension tube are tight.
____ Verify rubber bumper stops are in place.
____ Verify two roll pins are in place securing adaptor to suspension arm
and that pins are flush with adaptor surface.
____ Verify two roll pins are in place securing adaptor to support tube and
that pins are flush with adaptor surface.
____ Check that support tube fastening bolt is tight (located beneath caster
base).
____ Check Brake Adjustment – lighthead assembly should move freely
and easily, and when positioned, not drift from set position.
____ Check Lamp Operation – verify all functions of Touch Control Panel
are working by operating lighthead per instructions in Section 4.
