So 16 would mean that the DSP (Digital Signal Processor)
Communications had failed, 18 would mean that the DSP Communications
had failed, and so had the Battery RAM. A value of zero shows no errors.
No further commands are allowed while the test is running.
The instrument is returned to the setting that was active at the time the
self-test query was processed.
The self-test does not require operator interaction beyond sending the
*TST? query.
