Module has the function of power-on value. Following Modbus address can be
used to configure the power-on value for all channel:

4.4.5.4 Host Watchdog Timer
When the host watchdog function is enabled and timeout occurs, the module will
reset all outputs to a safe state in order to ensure the safety of system or device.
