Discharge test:
As shown below, discharge with a constant current of 500 mA, a pulse width of 20 ms and
a 1 s period. When the voltage reaches 1.0 V, stop discharging.
Store the battery voltage in the memory and read out after the test is complete.
However, the data stored in the memory is limited up to 8000 seconds from the discharge
start by the memory capacity.
