Low-Resistance Measurement

This section describes an example of low-resistance measurement with a resistor of 10 m

 connected.

Preparation

1. Initialize the 6240B following the same procedure described in Section 2.2.5,

"DC Measurement."

2. Connect the DUT in 4 wires with the supplied input and output cables and alli-

gator clips. For more information on the 4-wire connection, refer to Section 5.1.2,

"Remote Sensing (2-Wire/4-Wire Connection)."
