Once the address for the first source is set on the Delta-88, press the next source button.
8
Press the VOL UP button so the display reads next PCT port number (i.e. "PCT8 1 OUT
5").
9
Press the source button associated to the next source and repeat step 8 until all sources
operating on a PCT-8 or PCT-4 have been programmed on the Delta-88. If you are using
more than two Delta-88s, this programming will need to be done to the third, fifth,
seventh, etc. Delta-88.
10
Once all PCT addresses are programmed into the Delta-88, repeatedly press the
PRESET button until the source display reads "MODE 3 PRGRM".
11
Press the Delta-88's ALL button. The source display will quickly read
"PROGRAMMING"......"PROGRAMMED".....and then the source name selected to that
room.
At this point the keypad is programmed to control the PCT-8 or PCT-4 and the keypad's display
will read the name of the appropriate transport function when selected. If the keypad is not
controlling the sources or the keypad's display is not showing the function names, make certain
that the following are checked in their respective order.

PCT-8/PCT-4 Trouble-Shooting - Verifying Wiring
Typically, most errors found during initial setup are due to wiring. Verify the wiring of PCT-
4 or PCT-8 to the WH-3000. If no wiring problem exists, try moving the connection on the WH-
3000 to another "J" connector (J3 -J10).

PCT-8/PCT-4 Trouble-Shooting - Verifying Addresses
The PCT-4 or PCT-8 may be programmed on a wrong address (i.e although the source button
is programmed for "PCT8 1 OUT 3" {PCT-8 #1}, the PCT-8 itself is set to another address).
PCT-8
To verify the PCT-8's address, press the PCT-8's MENU button until the address appears in the
window. If the PCT-8 reads anything other than "ADDRESS 1" or "ADDRESS 2", the PCT-8 will
not operate correctly in the system. Furthermore, if the PCT-8 reads "ADDRESS 2" and you
programmed the Delta-88 sources for "PCT8 1 OUT1" (address 1), you will need to change the
PCT-8's address. To change the PCT-8's address, follow the instructions in the PCT-8
Installation Manual.
PCT-4
To verify the PCT-4's address, you will need to open the cover of the PCT-4. DIP switch bank
#4 for source port #4 may have its DIP switch #8 in the on position. If this is the case, the PCT-
4 is programmed to be controlled as PCT-4/2 or PCT-4 #2. If you have no sources on port 4
of the PCT-4, turn SW 4 switch 8 off. If you have sources connected to this PCT-4's port 4 output
and their library setting requires switch 8 to be on, you will need to program the Delta-88 to
control PCT-4 number 2. See the Appendix on the PCT-4 for setting the PCT-4 address.
