Meaning
Call out only
The panel cannot be call from outside for
remote maintenance. A call to the PC of
remote maintenance must be made manually
via the user menu.
Secure Callback
The remote maintenance call is started from the
panel by the PC of remote maintenance. The
panel telephone number is called by the
remote maintenance PC. A call is connected in
which
the
panel
checks
the
remote
maintenance authorisation. If the parameters
are in order, the panel hangs up and calls the
phone number on the phone book. Remote
maintenance can now be carried out.
Answer on 1 ring
The panel accepts the call after the defined
number of rings.
Note: Secure Call Back must be Disabled (Default) until the first
“attended” upload has been performed. This first upload can be
carried out either from User Menu, or from Installer Menu.
Note: The Downloader operator can choose to use Secure Callback,
even though the alarm system is programmed for Unattended Mode.

Enter the callback number of the installer. These phone numbers can
be dialled by the user to start a remote maintenance call manually.
