weight of the lower arm.

To release the brakes on axis-2, connect
the 24 VDC power supply.

Connect to connector R2.MP2:
•
pin 2 = 24V
•
pin 5 = 0V

Release the brakes on axis-2 and with the
help of an overhead crane, lift the lower
arm up as close as possible to calibration
position.

Remove the 24 VDC power supply.

Unscrewing the axis-1 bracket
Note
Action

Remove the axis-1 cable bracket to protect
the lower end of the cable harness. Leave
the cables attached!
Note
There is no need to disconnect the motor
cables to axis-1, 2 and 3 motors or to the
SMB unit.
