Chapter 11 Command Examples
This command sets the administrator login password (up to 32 printable ASCII characters).
The following example sets the login password to 54321.

11.5 sys sw bmstorm enable
Syntax:
sys sw bmstorm enable <threshold(0|1|2|3)>
This command enables broadcast storm control on the Prestige with the specified threshold.
The following example enables broadcast storm control with threshold 1 (which limits the
broadcast storm packets to 15000 pps (packet per second) for a 100Mbps port or 1500 pps for
a 10Mbps port).

Syntax:
sys sw mac list
This command displays the MAC address table. The following figure shows an example.

11.7 Ethernet Port Setup
These are the commonly used
sys sw
commands you use to configure the Ethernet ports on
the Prestige.
ras> sys password 54321
ras> sys sw bmstorm enable 1
The rising threshold is around 15000(pps) in 100Base and 1500(pps) in 10Base.
