I cannot see or access the
Login
screen in the Web Configurator.

Make sure you are using the correct IP address.
• The default IP address is 192.168.1.1.
• If you changed the IP address, use the new IP address.
• If you changed the IP address and have forgotten it, see the troubleshooting suggestions for

Make sure the Zyxel Device is correctly installed and turned on. See the Quick Start Guide and

Make sure your Internet browser does not block pop-up windows and has JavaScript.

Make sure your computer is connected to the Zyxel Device and is in the same subnet as the Zyxel
Device.

Reset the device to its factory defaults, and try to access the Zyxel Device with the default IP address.

Disconnect your computer from the Internet (Wireless and/or Ethernet) and then insert the Zyxel Device
again.

If the problem continues, contact the vendor.

Make sure you have entered the user name and password correctly. The default password is

fields are case-sensitive, so make sure [Caps Lock] is not on.

This can happen when you fail to log out properly from your last session. Try logging in again after five
minutes.

Disconnect and connect to the Zyxel Device again.
