Troubleshooting
All of the motorcycles are carefully inspected before
they are delivered. Even after the motorcycles are
inspected, some technical issues can occur. The
following information offers a guide to help you to
identify an issue, and if possible, repair it yourself. If
you are unable to solve an issue with your Zero S/DS
electric motorcycle, take it to an authorized dealer at
your convenience. If there is no dealer in your area
call Zero Motorcycles Customer Service.
Power Pack And Charger
If a fault occurs during charging, count the number of
times the red light (A) flashes on the charger in
between pauses. See the table on page 6-2 for the
possible cause and solution to the issue.
