Have a second assistant take a
measurement using the same locations
as in step 2.

Record this measurement, this will be
measurement M2.
10. Subtract the second measurement (M2)
from the first measurement (M1).
Example:
The total sag is 50 mm (1.97 in). Refer to the chart
below for the correct sag. If the sag is not correct, the
spring pre-load should be adjusted. See Spring
Pre-load Adjustment on page 4-19.
