2. Right click on the new folder, and then select Properties as in Figure 8-7 . Select the
Sharing tab on the Netshare Properties dialog ( Figure 8-8 ).

3. Select the Advanced Sharing... button. If you have User Account Control enabled you
will see a User Account Control – Windows needs your permission to continue dialog.
Click Continue to proceed. The
Advanced Sharing dialog opens ( Figure 8-9 ).

Note: You can change the Share Name if desired. The default share name is the same as
the folder name. We recommended you use the default share name.
