Setting up an Appointment in Outlook
To set up an appointment in outlook:
1.
Open Outlook and go to your calendar.
2.
Click
Home
->
New
Items
->
More
Items
->
Recurring
Appointment
.
3.
Enter the appointment time.
4.
Click
OK
.
5.
Enter a subject, location and the appointment content.
6.
Click
Save & Close
.
An appointment reminder will display on the phone screen 15 minutes before the
appointment starts.
