NOTICE

NEVER use the stern-drive lifting eye to lift

the engine and stern-drive as an assembly.

Use the engine lifting eyes to lift the engine

and stern-drive. Only use the stern-drive

lifting eye to lift the stern-drive as a separate

component.

The anode of the stern-drive is only

calculated for the stern-drive. Changing the

material of the propeller may require

additional anodes to be installed on the

stern-drive.

Anytime the boat is left in the water and the

engine is not running, the drive must be left

in the fully down position. This will keep the

anodes in the water and will keep the

exhaust pipe engaged with the exhaust port

of the drive.
