Drive gear assembly installation

1. Install:

•

Drive gear assembly

Installation steps:

1. Hold the flywheel magneto

with the spe-

cial service tools

and

2. Tighten the drive gear assembly bolt

NOTE:

•

Apply engine oil to the threads of the drive
gear assembly bolt.

•

The drive gear assembly bolt has left-hand
threads. Turn the bolt counterclockwise to
tighten it.

3. Install the generator cover and drive cou-

pling.
